AFTER SCHOOL CLUB IS HERE
Our club delivers coaching using the British Roller Sports Federation, the national governing body for roller sports here in the UK, structure. It’s the ideal course if you are new to roller skating or if you already know the basics and want to improve your skills.
All our programmes are for children and adults of all ages and abilities, and are available to organisations, schools and individuals. Our programmes are provided in a safe environment where all involved learn valuable skills: These include Improving balance and coordination, Strengthening endurance, Learning self-discipline both on and off the skate rink, Improving life skills , mentoring, discipline and motivation

Terms and Conditions: Session Bookings
Customers who learn to skate with RollaDome All Skate... are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions of skate Sessions.
General
Completion of Booking Form inclusive of waiver is essential. A skater will only be allowed to take Session(s) if this form is duly completed and submitted.
Students are required to arrive for Sessions 15 minutes prior to start time.
Late attendance: If student(s) turns up late for a Session, the instructor is not obliged to extend the Session beyond the original end-time
Right to decline late student: The instructor reserves the right to bar a student who is more than 15 minutes late from attending a Session.
No show: If student(s) does not turn up for a Session without informing RollaDome All Skate... at least 1 working day in advance, the Session will be deemed to be taken, and will be billed in full if payment for the Session has not been made.
Reservation Process
Reservations are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. You will receive confirmation once your application and full payment have been submitted and approved.
Payment
Payment in full must be received 14 business days prior to your reservation date. Make all Cheques payable to RollaDome All Skate or use our online booking service. (online payments will incur an additional 3.4% charge.)
Children under 6 years old require one adult skater/monitor for every four children.
Young people aged 6 – 18 require one adult skater/monitor for every 15 young people.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation notification is received within 7 business days prior to the reserved skating date, 50% of the total skating fee will be refunded.
Alternative Dates
If the activity is planned outdoors we may have to reschedule due to rain, wind or other factors that affect the quality of the rink area with little advance notice.
Please provide a phone number where you can be reached on your reservation date that we can contact you in the event of cancellation. No refunds will be issued at these reschedules.
In the event of inclement weather, poor ice conditions, acts of God or other reasons beyond RollaDome All Skate’s…control, the “alternate rain date” specified in this agreement will apply.
If the rain date is not available due to other reservations or inclement weather, a new date may be selected. If a new date is not possible, the party will apply their skating fee towards a reservation for the following season. No refunds.
Venue Change
If the activity is planned at a venue which then has to change due to circumstances outside of RollaDome Control, i.e. venue double booked, changed dates offered, RollaDome will endeavour to find and alternative venue within a 5 mile radius of the original venue.
If this venue is not suitable for participants, then a credit note will be issued, and potential discount offered on subsequent bookings at other event with credit note being valid for 12 months, from date of issue.
